Day 34 – Santiago de Compostela

34 days. 403 miles. The Camino Português is done and dusted.

I’ll write more in the next couple of days, but it was great. I saw so many great sites, met dozens of wonderful people, and enjoyed hundreds of hours with my dear friends. I feel so blessed.

I’ll be in Santiago for 2 more days, and plan on seeing more sites which I’ll share in the blog the next couple of days.

Thanks for following along.

Bittersweet to finish. Satisfying but sad since everyone splits up after tonight.
A pilgrim tradition… lying down in front of the Cathedral. This was the highlight for me. I didn’t want to leave.

I have looked forward to reading your reflections and looking at the pictures every day. It makes me nostalgic for Europe (and cathedrals!). Many thanks.
